Role Summary:
The ICT & Infrastructure Technician ensures the stability of the plant’s communication backbone and critical power backup systems. This role bridges the gap between IT networking and electrical power infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Networking: Maintain industrial PoE+ switches, fiber optic uplinks, and field equipment cabinets. Ensure network uptime for security and fire systems.
- Telephony: Support the PABX system, IP desk phones, and analog emergency telephone stations.
- Critical Power (UPS): Perform routine maintenance on 3-Phase Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) to ensure battery health and load capacity.
- Emergency Power: Oversee the maintenance of the standby Diesel Generator (Genset), including battery charging systems and automatic transfer switches (ATS).
- Documentation: Maintain updated logs of network configurations, IP addresses, and power load schedules.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in ICT infrastructure and power backup systems.
