MAZAYA GROUP became Saudi’s leading Electromechanical Contracting organization with expertise on complete Electromechanical Solution & services comprising of Transformers, Compact Substations, HT & LT Panels, Cabling, DG Sets, ATS, UPS Systems, Static Transfer Switches, Earthling, Internal & External Electrification.
In 2001, the company started its HVAC division with its first project being the Sheraton Hotel in Dammam. Over the years MAZAYA GROUP has set up a strong team across Saudi to offer complete HVAC solutions like central plant system, DX system, Air cooled / water cooled chillers, Thermal storage system, ventilation system, VRF, etc. The HVAC division has shown consistent growth over years and today is among the top in the country.
In 2003, under the Public Health & Safety Division, MAZAYA GROUP established the Plumbing & Fire Fighting service offerings. With a highly experienced team, the company has executed projects with specialization in Sanitary wares, Hydro Pneumatic system, Water treatment plant (Filtration system) Reverse Osmosis system, Drainage system, Solar water system, Swimming pools, Boiler & Hot water generator system, Hydrant and Sprinkler.
Today MAZAYA GROUP has evolved Saudi leading MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health and Safety) Services Company with almost 60% of the business revenue coming from MEP projects. Some of its key MEP projects are in Dammam.
While the company has been instrumental in pioneering MEP services in Saudi, it has already executed several prestigious MEP projects.
The move into MEP services was a fantastic success for MAZAYA GROUP and helped the company grow from a turnover of 50 Million in the year 2005 to over 100 Million in the year 2012.
